THE WINES
PETIT VILADOMAT 2020
90% Xarel·lo - 10% Macabeu, from clay soils mainly. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, except for a small part (20%) which was fermented and aged in second-year oak barrels. The blend includes the most aromatic and immediately appealing batches from the 2020 harvest, the ones we were the most tempted to drink without further aging.
Organic wine, certified by the Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production (CCPAE).
DO Penedès
L'ESPERIT DE L'AP-7
90% Xarel·lo - 10% Macabeu. The main wine from Viladomat-Aragó, yielding from a selection of parcels with limestone-based soils. This white wine is deemed to evolve over the next few years in bottle. Each parcel was vinified separately and aged in French oak, chestnut, acacia and concrete vats. The final coupage was bottled in July 2021 and rested in bottle for an additional year before release.

DO Penedès
EL CAMP D'AVIACIÓ
100% Macabeu from Pacs del Penedès. It comes from a unique plot planted 45 years ago and cultivated by Ignasi Seguí. Some of the grapes were fermented in contact with the skins for seven days only, to allow Macabeu to expand in aromas and texture. The wine rested first in a concrete tank and then in stainless steel, before being bottled the April after harvest.
The vineyard is planted in an area known as "El Camp d'Aviació" (The Airfield), which served as an aerodrome during the Spanish Civil War.

DO Penedès
PLA PARCIAL
100% Xarel·lo from the "Serral de Porroig" vineyard, on the outskirts of Vilafranca del Penedès. It fermented in barrels and stainless steel, and was stored for 20 months at cellar temperature after bottling.
Since 2010, there is an urban plan that includes the expansion of the Sant Pere Molanta Logistics Distribution Center, right onto this vineyard. "Pla Parcial" ("Partial Plan", according to the bureaucratic nomenclature) is, therefore, a farewell wine for this vineyard planted in 1965.
