HOLA!

My goal is to show the potential of Xarel·lo and Macabeu (the main white grape varieties in Penedès) to produce wines of great finesse. Some, to be enjoyed while young, and others meant to go through long ageing in bottle.

​ I work with my family vineyards in Vilafranca del Penedès, and I also collaborate with three meticulous farmers  -Lluís Carsí, Ignasi Seguí and Francesc Pascual- who tend unique plots organically.

​ I make wine in Pacs del Penedès, in the custom crush "La Xarmada", with the help of the young winemaker Martí Torrallardona.

​ And when the night comes, I go back to my home in Barcelona, at the intersection of Viladomat and Aragó streets which gives the project its name.
